At Bug Juice, we do everything we can to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and provide effective pest control, but we know that sometimes products don’t meet expectations. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

Return/refund policy for one-time purchases

If your Bug Juice kit is unopened and unused and you’d like to return it, send us an email at within 30 days. We will send you instructions on how to send it back to us we will process a refund of receipt.

If you’ve applied Bug Juice and aren’t getting the results you expected, we offer many solutions to help get rid of the pests. Start by emailing hello@Bug, and an agent will help offer solutions to meet your expectations and get rid of pests, including potentially sending no-cost alternative applications kits or separate instructions. If other options have been exhausted and the product is still not meeting expectations, Bug Juice may offer a refund at their discretion.

After 45 days on one-time purchases, we no longer guarantee the efficacy of Bug Juice or offer refunds. If you’d like a longer guarantee period, consider a Bug Juice subscription which guarantees efficacy throughout the subscription.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After you’ve been refunded, you should get an email confirming the refund amount. If you haven’t received the email after 2-3 days, please contact Bug Juice support. After receiving the email, if you don’t see the refund reflected in your bank account in 2-3 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
